Job Description
Enterprise Applications team
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia’s applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
Data, Analytics & Automation (DAA) is one of the Digital Office Enterprise Applications teams, that designs, develops and deploys Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Platform solutions, provides advanced analytics capabilities and manages all Digital Office supported automation.
With in DAA you will be part of IPA(Intelligent Process Automation)which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia’s Business Groups and Functions via Intelligent Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP – NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g. for SAP); Automated Data Migration.
The role owner will act as a key individual contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and loves to push the boundaries in solving real problems.
The role owner will be responsible for delivering complex, fast-turnaround projects using the Agile and Waterfall Project management techniques wherein S/He would be required to direct, coordinate, implement, execute control and complete the software projects using RPA/RDA/Winshuttle/IDP and/or other automation technologies.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with stakeholders for project management, reporting, deliverables, and day-to-day relationship management
Define detailed project plans and ensure agreement with all stakeholders
Define the execution strategy for the project and provide technical leadership to the team
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure effective project monitoring and management to ensure delivery within time, budget/cost and quality
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Drive to achieve project KPI targets
Manage dependencies with other projects / programs
Manage project risks and issues, set up and implement corrective action plan for risks mitigation and issues resolution
Organize and lead project regular meetings, reviews and updates
Organize and lead project steering team meetings
Learn, understand and align project deliveries with Nokia IT P2M Methodology
Qualifications
Bachelor university degree
Experience 12-15 Yrs
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent certification
KEY SKILLS
Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Hands-on project management experience for software environment using in developing and deploying of solutions such as RPA, IDP and other automation solutions, including those on the cloud
Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
Expertise in interfacing with the Internal and external customers as part of project management activities
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software technologies are necessary
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team-player and leader
Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills – oral and written
Experience with Microsoft products, i.e. O365, MSProject Online, Power BI, etc.
Familiarity with managing projects in a cloud-native environment is a big plus
