What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
Be responsible for managing Fault Management, Configuration Management & Software Management of Airscale BSC/RNC/Base Station
Be responsible for managing Cloud RAN
Execute all activities with 100% FTR and with Zero Procedural Errors
Escalate and Co-ordinate with right stakeholders i.e., Regional, Care, Internal teams etc..
Work in Rotational Shifts.
Your skills and experience
You have:
Excellent competence over Nokia Airscale products i.e., BSC/RNC/Base Stations.
Excellent competence over Cloud RAN.
Well versed with NOC Processes and working environment.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.
Excellent Communications to communicate with Global Customers.
It would be nice if you also had:
Cloud Certification
CCNA Certification
