Job Descriptions of NI Delivery Operations
Delivery Operations being an integrated business partner for NI RBC from offer through customer order execution. Involves from early engagement pre-sales support in providing delivery and logistics execution plan input to optimize customer value.
This role establishing a Delivery Operations individual; capable of managing all supply chain activities for multiple assigned CBTs (Customers names as in Financial reporting) to ensure delivery across all BCs inside NI. Accountable (SPOC) to interact with stakeholder management (CX, CDL & BC), in managing order launching, delivery & invoicing. Ensures effective performance of GBS supporting functions (OMC & Wipro SOD) for all Delivery Operation functions. Support delivery operations functions in line with NI RBC overall strategy to contribute to RBC revenue target achievement.
