Advanced Analytics Practice (AAP) Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a role in achieving Nokia’s business targets and commercial strategy definition. It consists of experts with various backgrounds providing an In-house centralized resource for Nokia Business teams to bring their ideas and challenges for data analytic implementation to augment and speed decisions, reduce costs, and improve quality.
In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing the next generation, global Customer Experience Marketing analytics environment to support Nokia Sales, Marketing, and Operation analysts. The Advanced Analytics Practice team is looking for proactive members who will have a key role in its development and support. Experience on CRM & Marketing systems and data preferred. This is a hands-on technical role using state-of-art Microsoft Azure Services in a dynamic agile environment, working directly with business and data owners, architects, developers, and test engineers
Designing & Developing operational smart, scalable, robust platforms in Azure environment
Responsible for building and maintaining business intelligent solutions from requirements, architecture, design, code development, through production deployment and post-deployment stability and demands
Responsible for the overall solution design using Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure standalong components (ADF, ASQL DB, AAS)
Delivering Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualization.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in global environment, with proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications: (Technical Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience)
5+ years of combined experience of advanced data analytic driven projects in Azure platforms
Previous experience integrating Salesforce, Marketo, Percolate preferred
Proficient and deep knowledge of Azure Analysis Services, SQL Server database programming and optimization.
Proficient with creating multiple complex pipelines and activities connecting On-Prem and external data stores for full and incremental data loads into a Cloud DW
Proficient hands on ETL, Data modeling, Data warehouse & security experience
Proficient with Azure Data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure security model, Azure Data Lake)
Solid programing and quering skills with T-SQL, DAX, PowerShell, C#, Python
Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards
Experience working within a distributed team, following an Agile methodology with a DevOps approach using GIT or TFS
Bachelor in computer science or related, Master degree considered as a plus
