What You’ll Do
Assist the Head of Recruitment in designing new recruiting policies and procedures.
Supervise 2 or more recruiting teams and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics.
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
Research and choose job advertising options.
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Excellent interpersonal skills, and commutation skills – both verbal and written.
Recruited consultants on W2, 1099 positions with visa status like H1B, GC, Citizen, and EAD.
Hands on experience in sourcing using Social media using GitHub, Stack overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn etc.
Hands on experience in using Job boards like Dice, Monsters, Career Builder etc.,
Manage and include external vendors, negotiate right to hire agreements and rates
Driving the hiring process in a high – volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with hiring managers for all area clients and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on assignments.
Effectively recruiting candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies.
Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Developed databases for client and candidates’ contact information.
Ability to make effective decisions in time
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent degree or work experience
