Talent Acquisition
Be a partner and work with hiring team to get a clear information on hiring needs and expectation
Work and support cross-function with management team, HRBP, workforce planning on business needs, headcount management, and job requirements
Handle and oversees end to end recruitment activities i.e., strategy, sourcing, interviewing, job offering and hiring processes of employees both permanent and contractor for all affiliated companies in Nissan Thailand Group (Location: Bangkok and Samutprakarn)
Manage job offer process and prepare on-boarding preparation process until on-boarding date at each work location
Manage warm welcome activity and provide essential information to new employee on first day on-boarding
Reporting and projects/activities
Maintain and update daily / weekly recruitment performance report
Assist, initiate recruitment initiative & strategies, process development, and HRIS – Workday Recruiting implementation
Research and analyse into competitors recruitment movement
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, partners
Perform ad hoc or special assignments base on business requirements and/or local activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
6-8 years working experience in End-to-End Recruitment process
Familiar in Automotive business, Automotive Finance business would be advantage
Familiar in sales & marketing, commercial, back office support function or some technical functions in multinational company
Good command of English both written and spoken
Good knowledge of candidates screening & selection methods
Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Customer focus, transparent, proactive, assertive, mature, high ownership, eager to learn new things
Willingness to work under time line in a fast-paced environment
Able to work and travel to Nissan Plant (Bangna-Trad KM.22, KM.32) occasionally
Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office; MS Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
