Duties and responsibilities
Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
Handling a high volume of customer enquirers by indiamart.com.
Tele call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business &
respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals,
purchase invoice, or other).
Respond to complaints from customers and forward to concern person and department.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Send the wishes mail to client (Birthday, anniversary etc).
Enter all sales enquiry in CRM, Update the status in CRM software.
Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing (e.g., calling, filing, sending
emails, typing, faxing, and copying).
Other task assigned by senior and management.
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Prefer to BE / Diploma
Experience
02 to 05 Year experience in similar field.
Should have good knowledge in CRM, Excel & Word.
Prefer to work in engineering company.
Skill Require
Complete task on time
Should have experience in customer relationship and basic analytic skill.
Should be good in communication and energetic.
Should be competent enough to answer queries of the customers.
