As the Monitoring Operations Center Lead, you will perform a key role in the NIKE Technology Operations- Global Technical Services Support group as part of the Global Operations Center (OC) Team. You will use your extensive experience to improve efficiency in alert/event intake, correlation, and processing to drive faster and more reliable incident detection, escalation, and mitigation.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Monitoring Operations Center Lead will be responsible for leading a group of level 1 engineers focused on resolving critical technology incidents impacting our global operations, and serving as a champion to integrate more of our production environment into our standard event/alert management architecture. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing the vision for the future state of event management at Nike.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working with all the production support teams for our core areas of business: logistics, retail, digital commerce, and our ERP system. In addition to those stakeholders you will be working with Analysts, Engineers, and Leaders to understand their needs and offer solutions to providing faster engagement and resolution to circumstances that may impact the availability of their services.
