The Recruiter will serve as candidate advocates and consultative partners to internal HR team, responsible for recruiting permanent or contractual staff. The Recruiter must be highly proficient in candidate generation and sourcing, and be able to deliver quality talent with minimal lead time. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requisitions without sacrificing candidate experience. A must-have is own access to resume base from various job portals such as naukri, indeed/shine, monster etc.Roles and Responsibilities:Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.Thorough assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation.Coordinate with the internal HR SPOC for further process.Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements.Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan.Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums.Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process.Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and share with HR Manager regularly.The remuneration will be on the basis of each hire only which will range from INR 4000- INR5000 per hire.Contract length: 3 monthsApplication Deadline: 4/9/2021Expected Start Date: 6/9/2021Job Types: Part-time, TemporarySchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Yes
