Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Ability to manage a profit center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, assets utilization, good in administration & delivery management.2. Liaising with local bodies, Associates, Key brand visibility, Location owner, Institute heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies, Mass/Groups/individual counselling at different places of the city/Districts such as villages, schools Hubs and residences.3. Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students and team members with high quality standards. Create methodologies and matric based on business requirements, dynamic reengineering and review implementation and take corrective action.4. Slippage & leakage control in education delivery, deliver good quality education in the center and ensure students placement and create customer delight.5. HO Level functional follow-ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth center operations.6. Responsible for team handling, training and development, engagement and growth, control attrition in the team.7. Able to track completions/market analysis, and feedback to HO for new products.Educational Qualification: 1. Should be a graduate (Mandatory)Experience/Skills: 1. 2-4 yrs with at least 2 yrs handling independent profit center operations, leading a team of 3-4 people2. Good written and communication skills, Presentation skills, People management skills, team handling.3. Background for training industry is a must.4.
