We are looking for Operations Manager for Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad with Nightignales Home Care.
Require candidates only from Health Care industry.
Below is the JD,
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
v Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the Region.
v Preparation of Annual Budgets & Revenue and Expenditure.
v Identification of locations and setting up of Branches to drive the business volumes.
v Devise Sales strategies within the overall ambit of the branding strategy and execute the same.
v Continuously keeps a track of the achievement of the various products including Physiotherapy centres.
v Ensuring a healthy relationship is maintained with other stakeholders like Clinicians, Advertisement agencies, Press etc.
v Implementing all the SOP’s, workflows and policies
v Establish equitable KRAs for the direct reports and monitor the same through periodic reviews.
v Monitoring of the Revenue parameters.
v Responsible to review & submit regular MIS reports.
v Overall control to ensure that quality norms are strictly being implemented.
v Continuous focus on Customer Satisfaction.
OPERATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT
v Establish Nightingales Speciality Home Healthcare operations and brand in the New Region.
v Creating a communication and operation strategy to roll out the operations of Nightingales in the city.
v Identifying business verticals within the scope of Speciality Home Healthcare like: Home Nursing, Home rehab, medical equipment rental, bed side assistance, specialty wise (cardio, neuro etc) home care
v Creation of business funnels like, DTC, physician referral route, corporate, relationship with Pharma / medical devices companies, hospitals partnerships etc.
v Revenue generation for the Region and individual branches as per the product mix and agreed budgets.
v Monitor the lead generation and the conversion rate across all verticals.
v Optimal and Effective utilization of manpower and deployment plan across all branches.
v Create a strong back office team for support, with a lean management system
v Meeting the obligations and statutory requirement as per govt rules pertaining to the Region.
v Maintain a healthy balance between Operations, Sales and Functions for the delivery of optimum results. Monitor their performance and provide appropriate feedback and counselling when required.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
v Effective Manpower planning in accordance with optimizing costs.
v Monitor HR for the recruitment, timely benefits and training.
v Monitor KRA’s and control tools like balanced score cards to evaluate the effectiveness of the employees
v Evaluate and monitor the quality of services delivered and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
v Supervise and evaluate job performance of all team members
v Create forums for orientation, competency evaluation, and education/training activities that are appropriate to identified learning needs of all Home Care staff.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
v Work closely with CEO and create a budget for top line and bottom line
v Create strategies to achieve top line and bottom line targets.
v Control the cost by effective rostering management systems
v Strategy to identify verticals and eliminate them
v Focus on early KPI’s and take corrective actions
v Receivables management.
CUSTOMER FOCUS:
v Continuously monitor the Customer satisfaction scores and take remedial action when required.
v Acquiring of new customers.
v Be in touch with the top 100 customers on a regular basis.
v Monitoring of the customer referrals, customer escalations, TAT and resolution.
CARE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
v Monitor the clinical outcomes of the patients
v Monitor the documentation system for effective quality management.
v Monitoring of Process audit scores –
v Ensure adherence to highest standards of clinical acumen and delivery.
BRAND:
v Responsible for the brand in the Region.
v Scout for opportunities for the brand visibility.
v Closely interact with the corporate branding team for continuous activities.
v Drive local marketing activities (apartment camps, corporate camps etc.) to drive efficient customer acquisition.

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
