Full Job Description
1. Recruitments – Managing the recruitment process – searching the resumes screening, short listing the candidates.
2. Interviewing the candidates, scrutinize the background & then finalizing them with proper documentation work.
3. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
4. Develop and execute recruiting plans
5. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
6. Preparing the 2nd Round of Leaders for each department.
7. Preparing the Training manual with regard to the HR Policy, business line &
8. Training the new entrants with proper orientation & getting the training done in the respective departments.
9. Evaluating their performances & motivating them to perform well in their respective profiles.
10. Coordinating with all the departments & ensuring good synergy is maintained amongst all to develop coordinal environment in office.
11. Coordination with the vendors, agencies for the proper client & company services.
12. Managing the office administration & maintaining of the database & files.
13. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
14. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
