We are looking for a talented and competitive Telemarketing Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Telemarketing Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and scheduling client meetings with sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule qualified meeting by means of outbound cold calls and emails
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly cold calling targets
Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Requirements
Proven experience of generating meetings using cold calling minimum 1 yr
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude to reach next client
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed
BA/BS degree or equivalent
