Each CSR should have incentives as a part of component in the salary structure. They should have an opportunity to earn monthly incentives on achieving efficiency and quality targets set by PPBL. This should be credited in their salary with a maximum delay of 1 month. Example – Performance incentives for the month of January should be credited by 1st March.
Education Qualification –Graduate or Diploma holders, preferable Commerce
Language Capability –. Excellent Spoken Hindi & English skills equivalent to Versant 4 along with ability to read & write English. In case of Regional resource, spoken regional language(Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam) & English along with ability to read & write English.
Experience – Candidate with over 6 months of Voice calling experience in inbound customer service voice operations.
