Job Summary
In this role, the HRIS Reporting Analyst will work with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to execute and build the HR reporting and dashboard catalog.
Analyst will be the subject matter expert in reporting and analytics of HR data.
Responsibilities :
Provide operational and management reporting and people metrics using available tools within SAP SuccessFactors for analysis and distribution to various HR teams and other organizations.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports and dashboards. Schedule reports as appropriate within SuccessFactors Report Distributor.
Work with HRIS team to design reports and dashboards based on requirements from users.
Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for business leaders.Initiate new and seek opportunities to continuously improve existing reporting processes for greater efficiencies across all geographies and business units.
Build key HR performance indicators/metrics.
Be a key contributor to projects and initiatives involving HR reporting and data needs.
Provide training and consultation to other HR reporting staff to fulfill operational reporting needs.
Job Requirements
Experience in building reports/dashboards for Talent AcquisitionExperience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, ORD, Ad Hoc)
Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with database design and concepts and familiarity with SQL a plus
Exposure to Tableau, Data mart would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills within complex programs to address business and reporting requirements
Solutions-oriented; ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with various levels in the organization, including senior management and executives along with cross-geographic personnel
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
Familiarity with one or more modules and security configuration within SuccessFactors a plus
Experience with SaaS vendors and release management and Agile methodologies desired
Education
BA or BS degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of HRIS or reporting for HR
