Proof reading of the agreement and execution Tracking the various stages of onboarding and pushing for quick go live Merchant/Aggregator Servicing Negotiation of pricing for new MIDs Basic checks on new MID request and arranging MIDs for sub merchants of aggregators Ensuring downtime communication to merchants/aggregators in advance and arranging support in case of unscheduled downtime Facilitating testing of new/additional features in UAT Periodic evaluation of all MID rejects and taking it to logical closure Maintaining and analysing MIS Maintaining transaction MIS of all merchants and aggregators Analysis of the income & volume of all the merchants monthly to identify any anomaly or change and taking corrective actions MID clean-up activity across portfolio and MID activation for all aggregator.
Process Improvement and handling complaints & queries Closure of all complaint and queries referred to Product for support or draft response Ensuring zero escalation of such complaints Analysis of all such complaints and evaluating gaps if any to implement fixes Continuous assessment of OTP performance and engaging with vendors to improve the OTP delivery Identifying invalid mobile numbers and doing campaigns to correct them Vendor Management Clearing Vendor Payments and re negotiating Rates for Alerts ( mGage, ACL) Any new vendor Proper due diligence before making payments and cross checking with agreed rates / charges for services.
