Roles and Responsibility

Responsibilities/What You ll Do
Manage the release management process for continuous delivery pipelines
Apply scrum/agile, iterative development processes to lead on-time delivery of product backlog user stories.
Establish strong working relationships with partner teams across the organization to identify dependencies and align priorities and deliverables
Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions. Own and drive those solutions.
Schedule and facilitate scrum events as needed or requested
Effective planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
Executed DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams needs
Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
Qualifications
Qualifications/Your Background
Overall exp of 8 years minimum 6 year s experience in Project Management Role
5+ years of experience working directly with software development teams, salesforce experience is a plus.
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Project Management Certification and, or Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required
Adopt at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to work effectively with teams required
Develop sprint plans with Scrum team, plan iterations, drive estimation exercises
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
