· Sourcing & Shortlisting of the CV’s· Finalizing the position· Issuing Offer & Appointment Letter· Joining formalities· Employee On Boarding· Scheduling & Coordinating the training programs· Training Evaluation· Maintaining Training records· Policy awareness session or any other training execution as required· Updating employees details and salary in the payroll· Verifying attendance as per the roster with the bio metric· Calculating the present days, Extra duty and utility and other deductions· Preparing revised salary letter if any, (also feed in to the payroll)· Sending the data to the accounts department for salary processing.· Confirmation· Exit Analysis· Follow Up with Health Insurance· Monthly HR Presentation· Initiate Disciplinary action as required· Handling Grievance· Initiate employee engagement activities to boost up employee satisfactionApplication Deadline: 25/10/2021Expected Start Date: 1/11/2021Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9647770413
