Preference for candidates with hotel industry background.
Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch
– Direct visitors to the appropriate service station
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
– Take appointment bookings via call, in-person and WhatsApp
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary
stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
– Update calendars and schedule appointments
– Manage the appointment booking portal
– Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.
Preferably some one from in and around Panjim.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
