1 – 3 years of core technical recruitment experience in system software domain.
Ability to source for niche skill sets and experience in handling end to end recruitment for technical roles. Should have a good understanding of technology.
Should have experience in hiring the best talent using various sourcing channels.
Must be passionate about placing the right people in the right job
Must be an excellent communicator with brilliant candidate management skills, ownership, accountability, and an attitude to be the best. Should be able to use Excel sheets and maintain proper records and statuses.
Roles and Responsibilities:
On-time sourcing of candidates from Job Portals or other methods.
Screening the CVs, Interviewing the candidates and Scheduling the candidates for the interview.
Facilitating smooth interview processes.
Candidate joining formalities.
Ensure minimum CV or interview rejection ratios.
Support in basic HR activities and Employee Engagement Activities.
