We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team and help us in our growth journey.Job ResponsibilitiesBasic remote troubleshooting of Computer, Connectivity & 3rd party applicationsCreates documentation and self service tips for troubleshootingProvide a timely response to all customer calls and/or escalationsSets up & Maintains user setup, access and policies for Enterprise security using GSuiteDocuments and maintains a security policy for desktops and mobile devicesFamiliar with Cloud PBX solution like Ringcentral and can manage policies, integration with other apps and maintenance of systemsResearch and implement 3rd party automation for user provisioning and maintenance and general improvement of user experience in the companyFamiliar with setting up and running automations using tools like Zapier or other such toolsWorks with other internal teams to research 3rd party apps feasibility for deployment in the organizationInstalling and configuring application and operating system software and upgradesProvides weekly & monthly performance reportsNice to Have – Experience in Windows Active Directory and Exchange environmentAvailable to work during US Central Hours (8 AM to 5 PM Central time) and On Call (for technical emergency – very rare)*Technical Skill SetGSuite for Business – Enterprise Policy setup and user provisioningRingcentral or similar Cloud PBX experienceBasic Automation using Zapier or similar toolWindows & Mac TroubleshootingCompetency in Microsoft Office & Operating SystemsBasic understanding of computer hardware troubleshootingData Export, manipulation and cleanup using Excel/ csv tools**Soft SkillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly, both written and orally in englishAble to perform end user impact analysis, issue resolution and root cause investigationAbility to maintain calm, professional demeanor when under pressureAbility to multitask and manage a large workloadStrong organization skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FreelanceBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftUS shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Technical support US Clients: 5 years (Required)IT Support / Desktop / Web support: 5 years (Required)Work Remotely:Yes
