Full Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Inputting employee data for new hires, and working on employee changes (eg. life events, promotions, merit increases, terminations, etc.)2. Assisting with maintaining the documentation and personnel files3. Following up with new hires and their managers regarding new hire processes4. Processing the new hire paperwork and checking all information is complete and accurate5. Coordinating background checks6. Working with HR and other teams to coordinate and administer L&D and engagement programs/events7. Working closely with various internal stakeholders in the organization and interacting with potential candidates, as and when needed8. Supporting HR in special projects and being involved in planning, organizing, and prioritizing9. Conducting exploratory research on new recruitment and interview tools, onboarding and induction system improvements, and any other topics as per the business requirement10.
