Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a Logistics Executive for Accounts Payable function who will be based in our Head Office at Goregaon East in Mumbai.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

• Reconciliation of accounts (transport / CHA / CFS related )
• Daily Booking of bills for All Group companies.(inward & Outward).
• Receiving & booking of all bills. Report to senior & vendor if any issues in received bills.
• Coordination with Transporters, IT,Finance,Sales ,Plant Dispatch team,Audit.
• Daily Preparing A/P Invoices in SAP followed by filling UDF, Maintain daily inbound /outbound A/P reports, followed by Payment voucher for same (within TAT of transport bill payment due date).
• Follow-up with transporter for customized bill format, if found any Wrong bills than arrange updated bill copy.
• Follow-up with Finance department for bill payment.
• Sharing Payment Advices with Transporter within 5 Days of payment from Bank.
• Assist to obtain all Insurance claim related documents from Transport & sales team and submit to concerned department.
• Calculation of Leakage & Damage of bills.
• Assist to prepare MIS report on Damages and leakages.
• Sharing Debit note with Transporter within 5 Days of payment booking.
• Creation/updation of New/existing vendor in SAP by requesting IT & Finance.
• Zero Deviation from process/policies .
• Reconcile ledger with Transporter.
• Maintain high degree of accuracies of data and their integrity with the company SAP systems.
• Reports generation on weekly basis such as debit notes Report GL account wise, Customer wise, transport payment aging, Trial balance etc.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should have minimum 3 years of experience preferably in Transport industry.
• Should atleast be a graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
