Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Refill of DEF – Handling & coordination with plant team (logistics/Dispatch) & Customer for smooth coordination.
- Route planning for all Refill operation ,should be effective & cost efficient. Ensure Continuous improvement in process.
- PAN India Co-ordination with in the team and cross functional department for the information related to vehicle placement.
- PAN India Co-ordination with Vendor-Trucking company for vehicle report status and Alignment with their supervisor for vehicle number.
- PAN India Updating in planned dispatch list about location added, loaded ,material availability, vehicle report etc.
- Proper allocation of L1 transporter based on Location expertise or vehicle type expertise or other selected criteria’s.
- Ensure best possible load factor & utilization of 90% loading of truck.
- Preparing & updating Vendor agreement on regular intervals.
- Maintain Transit Time Sheet of all Transporters for PAN India, review of timely delivery.
- Timely & correctly Transport bill checking ,sign & forward to next level.
- Ensuring On time Transport bill payments for Refill & Inward
- Ensuring Monthly Bank ledger reconciliation with concern Transporters.
- Proactive and dedicated approach towards the work assignments.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as/when required to Plants, Transport Godown, or truck site enroute in case of accident/Theft.
- Efficient multi-tasking capability & meticulous attention to detail.
- Daily coordination with each HO departments & resolving their related queries those are linked with logistics /transporters .
- Market research ,knowledge of local & National transport available in Plant area.
- Assist to obtain all Insurance claim related documents from Transport & sales team and submit to concerned department.
