Namli Hospitality Hiring for Front Office Executive Job at Pushkar Full Time

Perform All Front Office duties as per task list

Answer call and respond to emails, text and notification from different channels

Coordinate with the housekeeping team regarding maintenance and rooming clean status

Assist guest with their requests and ensure they have a pleasant stay

Send daily reports to management at set timings

Interact with guest and click photos for them which can be sent back to them after processing with hotel branding

Click photos and videos of events and different parts of the property that can be sent to the marketing team.

Make sure guest are leaving review about their after departure on different platforms ( Google, TripAdvisor

Reconfirm reservation on day prior to the guest arrival date

Train existing and new employees if required

Upload stories on social media of the property

Process reservation queries in the property management software

Call COMP set hotels to know Occupancy % and ADRs

Check cleaning levels of all areas

Supervise kitchen and F&B service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
