Qualification & Experience:
MBA HR from reputed institute with good academic record
Min. 7-12 years’ experience in from any Manufacturing industry
Proven experience in L&D function or experience designing and implementing employee development programs
Candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong ability to think critically and systematically would be ideal fit for this role
Job description :
Desire experience:
Learning & Development role with behavioral training space and OD.
Create an annual training plan based on people development strategy and skill gaps
Implement all development interventions across the Company in collaboration with business HR
Empanel training partners on-board and co-ordinate timely payments for all training events
Implement actions for assessing impact of L&D interventions
Good to have :
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Professional certification i.e. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a plus
