Position: Deputy Manager – Operations
Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering
Location: Dahej
CTC : 10 LPA
Job Responsibilty
Ensure process parameters are maintained as per the guidelines
Monitoring stock loss & inventory reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards & work permit procedure.
Monitoring & execution of operational activities as per SOP & laid down policies.
Manpower planning & handling
Ensuring that necessary coordination with maintenance department, surveyors & logistics is
done by people down the line in operations department.
Listing of major activities and considering the expenses in the budget including contract
manpower expenses, raw material consumption, operational consumables, etc.
Monitoring of planned vs actual expenses
By providing training, guidance, validation and prepare plans for execution for them.
Providing training and education related to SOP elements for implementing the same at site.
Timely Calibration of storage tanks as per statutory norms.
