3. Sales & Customer data reports preparation for timely monitoring and smooth flow of business from the retail operations & corporate office.
4. Sales & Customer data management in the form of presentation reports for meetings, audits and other functions
5. Sales & Customer data management for store audit employee audit.
· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and Store Requirement
· Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
· Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints
· Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
· To follow the Warehouse SOP
· To ensure that all the stocks lying in warehouse are in good and saleable condition
· To ensure that every stocks should be thoroughly checked while receiving and sending
· To ensure that all receipt and dispatches of item happen without any issue and it should be error free. Always double checking should happen
· To ensure that all SKUs have proper sticker, Label tag etc. as per SOP
· BIN cards should be updated on daily basis. Other register like POS, inward, outward register should be updated regularly
· Planning the dispatches to the stores, Customers with adequate packing and documentation
· To ensure Warehouse should be always neat and clean
· Monthly thorough physical stocks must happen by 1st week of every month. Any discrepancy in the stocks should be brought to the notice of Manager/Management
· The defective stocks lying in warehouse should be maintained in the register as well as in excel and this report should be brought to the weekly stock meeting. Based on the decision in the meeting, the action has to be take on priority
· Clear all the Inslip/Outslip pending every day.
· Supervise and motivate the team members to get maximum works done
· Introduce new idea and process to enhance the skill and performance of team members
Requirements
· Proven working experience as a logistics manager
· Record of successful distribution and logistics management
· Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
· Proficient in standard logistics software
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
· BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
