Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Support Associate to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support with a focus on resolving issues related to JavaScript, JSON, and IT systems. This role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the technical engineering team to resolve complex problems.
Job Description
Take ownership of customer issues ed and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Prepare accurate and timely s
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
Requirements
Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer is preferred
Must be flexible to work the Night shifts
Excellent client-facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSON is an added advantage
