Business Development ExecutiveThe RoleMSM Unify is looking for a qualified, organised, passionate, and committed Business Development Executive to oversee and promote business longevity by working closely and building strong relationships with education agents, counsellors, and international education consultants to help make Abcodo the top platform in its space.What You’ll DoEstablish and maintain positive, productive relationships with potential business partners and client relationshipsMonitor market trends, identify, qualify, develop, and secure new business venturesInnovate and track sales initiatives to attract new clients and build new business processesKnow company offerings for improved promotion and business developmentCollaborate with senior team members and different verticals to identify, secure, retain, and grow accounts while eliminating risks that may hinder growthDevelop innovative policies and campaigns that can help shape the future of Abcodo across the globeIdentify opportunities to discover new markets while nurturing existing partnershipsOrganize a database of prospective clients with relevant client detailsExpertly promote and pitch Abcodo among target recruitment partners and other stakeholders and clientsMeet with partners regularly and conduct presentations and seminarsMaintain a collaborative relationship within the businessSkillfully communicate with clients to identify their needs and provide potential solutions through AbcodoA demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings both in online and offline eventsProactively generate ideas to build and develop business opportunitiesCultivate relationships and partnerships to improve value-added servicesRecommend services that will make the company appealing to clientsPrepare business proposals to generate more revenueTrain staff with necessary technical and social skills for sales enhancementWork independently with minimal supervisionExercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactionsThink outside of the box and take calculated risks to increase brand recognition and increase profitabilityWho We’re Looking ForDegree in marketing, business management, or similarMinimum 1-3 years of experience in International Education, Sales, or MarketingBackground in edtech is preferred but not requiredExperience in identifying opportunities and challenges for business developmentAbove-average to excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindu, languages in top student regions)Excellent networking skillsStrong research skillsResourceful and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiativesStrong presentation skillsSolid experience in sales and marketing, with demonstrated ability in brand communication, digital marketing, and experiential marketingExcellent communication skills in at least one regional languageOpen to travellingWhat We OfferTo work with a brilliant and globally diverse teamTo engage in new markets and with multiple partners across the globeCompetitive rates and generous perksLocation of WorkAnywhere in IndiaWho We AreAbcodo is an MSM company backed by M Square Media (MSM), a leader of innovation and globalisation initiatives in the international education sector.
