Solar – Executive Sales Assistant – Code No- SSE14

Qualification: B.Com / BE / B Tech – Electrical / M.Com
Experience Level: Minimum 02 -03years of experience in Business Development. With a minimum 1 Years of work experience in Renewable energy sector will be given Preference.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking to expand our territory & are looking for Executive Sales Assistant – Project & Industrial sales- who have a proven track record in Solar Panel & Power Industry.
1- Lead Identification – Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. (Research for new market opportunities, Generating quality leads through online & offline marketing campaigns & Client follow-up for meetings).
2- Schedule Meetings – Able to align first level of meeting to explain Solar Systems, Company Profile & provide require solutions to client as per the current reequipments.
3- Follow Ups – Timely Follow up with Clients till project finalization & Internal Coordination with ing Manager.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00/-per month & Incentives depends upon performance.
1- Experience Level: Minimum 0-06 months Exp- ₹15,000/- to Rs, 17,000/- & Plus Supplemental Incentives—Performance Incentives -25% & Yearly Bonus – 30%)
2- Experience Level: Minimum 06months-01 years Exp- 18,000/- to 20,000/- & Plus Supplemental Incentives—Performance Incentives -35% & Yearly Bonus – 40%)
