Relevant Experience (Yrs)
Minimum of 3 plus years current experience in Microsoft Dynamics modules and Outlook Client integration
Experience In
tBusiness processes mapping
tSales process (Lead to Order)
tConfiguration and Customizations for D365 (UCI will be added advantage)
tReports development using SSRS
tDesigning, developing and LoB integrations
tMicrosoft Dynamics Certification
Technical/Functional Skills
otWell experienced in Sales and Services Module.
otExcellent Communication
otWorked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016/D365 UCI on premise or Online.
otTransform business requirements to clear and comprehensive functional specifications
otConfigure and Customize the Dynamics product using best practices and standards given by Microsoft.
otBe responsible for the testing of individual components developed
otAssist the Program Manager in generation of Tollgate documents and different reports
otShould have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
otShould have a good understanding of CRM security model
otShould have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
otHands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
otCarry the overall responsibility for project documentation, including appropriate filing of documentation and retrieval mechanisms. Documentation will include coding standards and quality processes.
