Greetings from MOURI Tech!!!We are hiring for Accounts Payable Executive – US Accounts.Preferably candidates who are well versed with Quickbooks and can join within 15 to 30 days maximum.Job Title: Account Payable Executive -USExperience: 4-5years accounts payable or general accounting experience. Location: HyderabadResponsibility:Vendor creation in Quick Books/CeipalAssemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.Set invoices up for payment.Enter and upload invoices into system.Track expenses and process expense reports.prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.prepare analysis of accounts.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Education and Experience knowledge of accounts payable knowledge of general accounting procedures knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as , QuickBooks, CEIPAL ) Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:US Accounts payable: 4 years (Required)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
