Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly T&E expense reports for a large and growing group of Sales representatives utilizing the SAP Concur system, ensuring that company and departmental policies have been followed and that proper and organized documentation is provided to Management and Accounting to support the report. Continued follow up on report submissions, and all approvals through to completion. Consistent updating of the Admin team tracking system for full visibility of overall report statuses for the entire Sales group.
Communicate with Sales Managers, Sales Reps, Admin team, and Accounts Payable regarding questions and details needed for expense reports. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to convey thoughts and requirements clearly, concisely, and promptly.
Navigate our internal travel system to access airfare and hotel receipts, review itineraries for changes and fees, and piece together the series of events for a given trip.
Navigate Sales reps Outlook calendars for meeting details needed for inclusion on expense reports and to piece together the series of events for a given trip.
May be called upon to take on additional administrative responsibilities and/or perform other tasks, or ad hoc projects as assigned.
1-3 years related experience working in a corporate environment
