Full Job Description
This role is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software tools and “accelerators” to be used by implementation teams on projects.
Assist users and analyze new request and improvements to be developed
Maintain existing tools in line with new releases of the MA Banking Software
Develop software tools to match internal user needs
Interact with consultant, other teams (R&D, Product Management, IT)
Participate in deployment, testing and UAT with the users
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology
3 to 5 years’ relevant professional experience in a vendor, system integrator, consultancy, financial institution or banking environment
Proven track record in financial software development or implementations gained with either, banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators.
IT Savvy with prior full SDLC implementation experience
Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS) operations and automation (Terraform, Cloudformation)
Proficiency in Java / Python / scripting
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and strong hands-on technical skills.
Experience with current development and integration tools such as Jira, Github, Jenkins, …
Excellent presentation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to investigate and solve technical issues
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with clients and internal staff at all organizational levels
A team player and enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
