Recruitment and Staffing: Will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with company policies and industry standards.
Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training programs, and promote ongoing professional development for employees.
Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and work on performance improvement plans as needed.
Legal Compliance: To ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and safety standards to protect the organization from legal risks.
Talent Management: To develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to meet the organization’s long-term goals.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, is a key responsibility of HR Manager
HR Strategy: To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
