Full Job Description
Role – Candidate to have the overall responsibility of IT in his/her working region. This includes: Team building, team management, L4 support, Vendor Management, New Projects Implementations.
Experience and Qualifications
Required
Experience in leading team of 10+ in past
Making configuration changes to devices (Firewall / Load Balancer / Router / Switches / AP)
Implementation and maintenance of network architecture components for managed services, including OS installation hardening management, implementation, and maintenance of network monitoring toolsets
Administering TCP/IP addresses
Monitoring the network to determine capacity usage and escalate/ recommend necessary steps to Tele performance
Resolution of network faults within the time frame defined by the SLAs
Updating documentation of the LAN, like IP address register, PC IDs, Router configurations, hardware, network diagrams as and when changes happen.
Generating monthly reports on various Network related calls and uptimes
Planning, implementation, and configuration of monitoring and maintenance network hardware and telecommunications links, including routers, switches, IDS, load-balancing, etc for expansions of network
Establish and maintain a redundant network operations environment, including substantial software and hardware fail-over; monitoring and testing the configuration performance
Good Understanding of Routing and switching concepts.
Must have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for network.
Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of firewall (Sonicwall), IDS/IPS, VPN, Zabbix or other monitoring tools
Perform day today firewall activities like Administration, Management, monitoring and troubleshooting
Good knowledge on F/W OS Upgrades and software strategies
Hands on experience in configuring URL filtering, file blocking and security profiles in firewalls
Review network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and provide solutions
Educational Qualification: B.E / B.tech , BCA / MCA,
Preferred: ITIL Certified candidates preferable
Certifications: Must done CCNA / CCNP, additional advantage SonicWall / Fortinet
