Job Description
About the customer
This project is uniquely positioned to help companies bring their people, insights, and customer channels together to effectively drive today’s customer conversation. Our software directs more than 100 million interactions every day, maximizing the value of customer engagement and differentiating the experience by driving personalization and multi-channel customer service, as well as extending customer service across the enterprise to optimize processes and performance of customer-facing employees
Key Job Responsibilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Participate in walkthrough, inspection, review & onshore group meetings
Ensure compliance to Project defined standards & processes.
Participate in the design discussions and suggest the project design.
Own the deliveries from offshore for the assigned project.
Well versed in Participate in walkthrough, inspection, review & onshore group meetings
Able to interpret the given technical design into application code.
Convert the functional design given by onshore into the technical design and implement the changes are suggested.
Own the development environment for the project under execution.
Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within SDLC
Qualifications
Enterprise Web Development using .Net Framework – 5 years
JavaScript / Angular – 5 years
CSS, HTML 5 – 5 years
Web APIs, RESTFul Services – 4 years
SQL Database Development – 4 years
Unit Testing – 2 years
Technical Skills:
Should have executed the complete SDLC on project using .Net Framework 3.5+
Should have enterprise web development experience on ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server
Should have advanced understanding and experience of JavaScript, Angular and Type Script
Strong CSS, HTML
Should have experience to manage and interface with APIs and RESTful web services
Scrum/Agile experience a must
Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
Should have experience in Github
Experience using Node.js / React.js / Vue.js is desirable
Experience in Contact Center domain is desirable
Experience in CI/CD tools using Jenkins is desirable
Experience in Docker containers is desirable
Soft Skills:
Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and other team members
