Job Description
Relationship management of VRM mapped customers CAT-C customers (RV range>=50k up to 2Lac) Interact mapped customers for Deepening, X-sell, Service activation etc.
Meetings on the leads generated through VRMs at CEC (Customer ExperienceCentre), Campaigns etc. to ensure conversion/s.
Self calling and meeting of D category and Vrm mapped customers from RV(50K to 1 lac)
Source multiple products in t for ensuring rough VRM leads , D category and self conversions
customer stickiness and category upgrade.
Acquisition, X-sell of business & Service activations to existing customers
Explain all the Facilities of the Bank in Form of Demonstration both online / offline
Enroll the customer for the services which would be useful for him
Handle customer service requirements like account opening, Trinity account opening, liability product selling, liability on product features, Cheque book issuance.
Speed and efficiency of service given
Sales targets for banks and investment products.
Deepening & Cross-sale of bank products – Liabilities, Assets & TPP
Customer acquisition from Family Household & referrals.
Have higher NPs scores
Requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with at least 1 year experience in banking/finance
Must be energetic, confident and go-getter.
