Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Director- Client Leader to join us. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and manage multiple brands. You will also be responsible for driving brand growth through integrated media, content& technology. You would also handle Campaign management end to end from brief to delivery ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.

Media drives business – how integrated media drives brand growth is the most interesting aspect. This would be think – Business first approach.
In three months:
Understand the category and brand objectives for the year & ways of working in this unit
Understand and take initiative towards agencies goal for the year.
In six months:
Engage with the client on brand’s media approach
Initiated & delivered at least 2 key projects
Understands the In-house products, process and softwares very well to demonstrate the same during client conversations
In 12 months:
Presented to Category head in client side– Annual media strategy
Presented the Agency deck in Monthly meeting – atleast 3 times
Worked on atleast 1-2 key brand/category projects
Built high credibility with the internal teams & client
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
Provide strategic media and communications planning leadership on your set of brands
Responsible for Monthly plan deployment – Campaign Manager
Be responsible for ensuring right briefs, are cascaded internally and drive pre vs post reach evaluations
Develop and Deploy the digital roadmap – on conventional digital media & precision digital media (which incl Data, Programmatic & platforms)
Develop creative, content, partnership ideas for the client, basis their business requirement.
Ruthlessly decode/audit media levers to drive brand growth for your set of brands.
What you’ll bring:
Hand on experience on FMCG for 4 years minimum.
Expertise in offline mediums + working knowledge of digital platforms
Bring alive integrated media solutions (monthly deployment + strategic initiatives)
Good in communication and ability to present well
Persuasiveness
Pro-activeness
Communication skills
Excellent Stakeholder management
Articulate and be creative in driving media solutions
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum 8-12 Years of experience handling offline media/Brand management
Basic understanding of Digital & E-commerce
Experience in handling FMCG clients in top agencies is preferred
MBA is preferred
