Within our IIT team you will help build a strong backbone for our growing business.
Your Role
As member of the IIT team, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and evolution of our internal IT infrastructure and enable our staff and associates to work efficiently by meeting all their hardware and software requirements.
Provide technical support for requests related to internal user workstations, mobile devices, software and hardware
Administer VMware and Proxmox based virtualized infrastructure
Administer Pfsense based firewall infrastructure
Administer Monitoring platform
Administer CI/CD platform
Operate and manage Mindcurv internal infrastructure and cloud services
Carry out policy based security scanning and patch management
Roll out new internal infrastructure services and software
Support project teams with setting up VPNs and maintaining virtual machines
Configure local office network infrastructure
Who you are
Central Management of medium size (+100) client environments with Windows, MacOS and Linux
Experience with installation, configuration and management of Linux (CentOS/RHEL 7.x) systems
Experience with installation, configuration and management of Windows (7/8/10) systems
Experience with installation, configuration and management of MacOS (>10.x) systems
Virtualization with VMware/Virtualbox/Proxmox
pfSense Firewall, IPSEC VPN, Network Configuration, Central Patch Management, Application Rollout Management
Knowledge of Monitoring tools
Knowledge of Automation tools like Ansible
Knowledge in Scripting will be a Advantage
Security Implementations for Client/Server and Infrastructure
Security Incident Management
Strong knowledge of Helpdesk operations, IT best practices, industry trends and customer service
Knowledge of GSuite is a good plus
Very detail-oriented and thorough work approach as well as strong problem solving skills under various sorts of constraints and time pressure.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Excellent documentation skills.
Certifications in AWS / Red Hat will be an advantage
