Urgently hiring for Customer Care Executives for our eCommerce process.
(Note- This is a full-time work from office job, freelancers/Part timers do not apply)
Job Description
1. Processing orders and managing from start to finish update the same in portals.
2. Make calls professionally to provide information about customer orders, products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
4. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that agent can answer questions.
6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/too.
Required skill set:
1. Should have computer knowledge and excel
2. Have good command over English and Hindi language
3. Good communication
4. Customer focus
5. Should have good convincing power
6. Should be presentable
7. Should be able to work with team
8. Daily report to team leader
*Candidates from Derabassi or nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
