Job Overview:
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance to the payroll team on US Payroll support
How You Will Make An Impact:
Provide assistance to support the Payroll Team with providing prompt and accurate responses to tickets raised in ServiceNow
Respond to queries raised via email to ensure pay accuracy
Supports the pay administration of ADP access tickets, Control Number activation/deactivation, ACH/Manual checks.
Manual entry for pay processing of bonuses, commissions, replacement checks, editing timecards.
New hire set-up, internal transfer changes, termination audits, ServiceNow ticket support, garnishments etc.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of relevant experience to assist the USA payroll support.
Understanding of country-specific employment regulations, strong familiarity with US wage and hour regulations
Proven ability to maintain confidential information and professionalism to ensure privacy. Very high level of ethical judgment, reflected in trust and confidentiality
Well-developed English fluency for speaking and writing
Strong Customer service orientation
Self-motivated, able to take risks and ownership of issues, seeing assignments and projects to their completion
Able to problem solve and develop alternative approaches and ideas; analytical skills to solve problem, not the symptoms
Demonstrated proactivity to address routine tasks and follow-through on assignments without reminders
Excellent time management, proactivity, organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Is trustworthy and accepts responsibility for own actions
Quick learner and internally motivated to seek answers and ideas
Self-starter requiring minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment with exposure to a high volume and dynamic work environment
