We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.Duties & Responsibilities: Handling End to End IT Recruitment.Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Naukri, indeed etc.Getting offer released and following up with candidates till joining.Conducting Induction and taking care of the onboarding process.Effectively using the personal network, employee referrals to close the position.Managing employee records and updating employee database as per SOP requirements.Handling the employee separation process and off-boarding formalities.Maintaining Attendance Records.Organizing regular Employee Engagement Activities.Key Skills: Must have good communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.The candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team.Should be ready to take responsibility and always ready to learn new things.Should be able to prioritize the work.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftMonday to FridayExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
