Job Description
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Liaise with recruitment consultants
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings
Negotiate job offers and manage the on boarding process for new hires
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular s to senior management
Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
Talent Development
Support in designing and implementing training and development programs based on the company’s goals and objectives
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans
Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organisation
