Job Description
Reporting to the regional head of supply chain, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing an overall supply chain strategy for the Indian subcontinent in line with larger business goals and objectives.
- Driving operational excellence in areas such as demand and supply management, inventory planning, order processing and management.
- Developing and executing SOPs for operational processes like imports, warehousing, and distribution.
- Working closely with 3PL and other partners to ensure compliance, and improvements on cost, quality, and other operational metrics.
- Leading imports and domestic distribution for the organisation’s Indian entity.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:
- At least 8 years of prior experience working as a supply chain professional.
- Extensive prior experience managing imports, and distribution.
- Experience leading inventory management, and planning.
- An innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and greater customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and execution skills.
