Job Description

Some of the Key Responsibilities for the role will include

• P&L management
• Leadership hiring across all functions with the company
• Setting up a 5 year business plan with a clear cut road-map to achieve the objectives
• Setting up the right processes within the organisation to aid the smooth conduct of business
• Seeking all the necessary regulatory approvals to launch the product in the India Market

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate must have the following

• 15+ years of Healthcare Industry experience
• 5+ years of Leadership experience with an MNC
• A keen business acumen and strong drive to excel
