Key Responsibilities:
BAU Service
Work collaboratively with other Identity functions, as well as the wider Enterprise Security & M&G organisational teams, to ensure the secure and stable delivery of Identity related to one or more of the following services:
Identity Management
Access Management
Directory Management
Identity Controls & Assurance
Respond to business queries related to SailPoint Identity IQ to ensure that these are understood and effectively operated
Onboarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles
Provide system support and maintenance
Configuration of access certifications
Configuration of Segregation of Duties policies and rules
Create and maintain procedure documents
Escalate any potential issues or risks to the appropriate Identity Service Lead.
Controls
Operation of controls appropriate to the Identity service for which they are responsible
Ensuring ongoing progression and alignment to Identity related standards.
Identify opportunities for security controls optimisation in line with emerging threats internally and externally.
Management Information
Assist in the provision of key service metrics as instructed by the Identity Service Lead
Technical Expertise
As a member of the Enterprise Security Identity Team, contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of Identity, as required.
Act as subject matter expert for Identity matters; educating colleagues, sharing knowledge and embedding good practice for the benefit of M&G.
Develop the team’s capabilities through continuous service improvement.

Experience/Capabilities statements
Experience of Information Security and an IT background.
Experience of IDAM controls, best-practices and projects for on-prem, Cloud and DevOps environments.
Strong SailPoint Identity expertise in System Support and Maintenance
Ability to engage with various business users and technology owners in order to understand requirements and how it can be transferred into IDAM controls.
Strong experience with deployment, and scripting experience
Working knowledge in any of the following is beneficial: SQL Server 2016, Redgate SQL Monitor, SSMS, SSIS, SQL Server Agent, Crontab, Active Directory, GIT Code Repository, Java (especially BeanShell), XML, HTML & CSS
Awareness of the following is beneficial: System software and utilities, e.g. Apache Tomcat, Internet Information Services (IIS), Software Build and Deployment processes (including release planning)
