Full Job Description
1- Marking Attendance · Maintaining Attendance of MG group of companies (MGBD,MGRD,MGI- Railway & Telecom including office boy, guards & drivers.· Branch Attendance (Ashiyana, Kanpur & Unnao)· On Site Attendance (Railway & Telecom)Ø All above attendance should be well recorded in given soft format daily with late/leaves/visit/absent and that should be mail daily.Ø Late/Absent/ Leave/Tour without information to HR should be mail to the violators same day with proper record keeping.2- Dress Code & Id Card Verification· Daily Verification of Dress Code & Id Card after Attendance – If found any one not followed the code caution mail should mail same day.Ø Record keeping of the mail for above violation3- Leave Record & Calculation· Proper leave record should be maintained daily in given leave tracker· Caution mail should be mailed to the employees for availing excess leaves· Record for the same should be given to the employee when asked for the same.4- Documents Filling · Proper employee record should be kept in file5- Resignation / Exit Process· During or after separation the separate employee exit formalities should be completed with Exit interview and hand over process.· Email & CUG deactivation with email password change· Handover of company’s assets ( If needed call the ex employee for completing exit process)· Record the separate employees names for FnF process6- Employee Engagement · Wishing mail for Birth day & Work Anniversary· Cake cutting on both the occasion of 1 year completed employees· Mail to the concern employee for company event for both preparation and celebration.· Wish mail to all employees on festival.· Involvement in company Event & Games for its execution· Branch Anniversary Celebration and mail7- MIS & Reports· Preparing and Maintaining ReportsØ Attendance & Leave RecordØ Induction MISØ Bio metricØ Email creation and deactivation/ change passwordØ Warning mail sheetØ Birth & Anniversary day updatingØ Event SheetØ Expense SheetØ Maintain employee Id card sheetØ Salary advance sheetØ Filling maintaining as per IndexØ Company Event Expense sheet8- Complain & Suggestion· Keeping the record of both complains and suggestion of the employee and raise to the department head.9- Other Job related Activities· Observation of new selected employee till 3 days· HR administration & Employee Engagement (Decoration ideas for event etc.)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7379849333
