We are seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurgaon-ASF office
Sr. Lead Implementation Analyst (C2)

What can you expect?
You will be closely working with our product Darwin™, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies.
You will be responsible for implementing Darwin by configuring it to meet our Client requirements. You will perform testing of configured functionality and then help supporting post launch work for our Clients (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing).

Knowledge & Skills:
Darwin™ Knowledge
Be able to perform simple configuration tasks with no guidelines or supervision;
Be able to perform medium or complex configuration tasks with minimal support and supervision ;
Able to build and perform unit testing on simple outbound and inbound interface (EG: Payroll report for a Client, provider report for a Client)
Configure and schedule standard provider reports, perform simple branding and other simple-medium tasks as defined in the ‘Darwin Core Skills’ matrix
SD internal process
Perform unit testing of all configuration assigned in due time
Be responsible of assigned work package flow (make sure it passed all lanes until “done”)
Communication
Owns communication on work packages assigned: pro-actively informs project stakeholders about status of work
Growth/Development
New topics: be able to perform research of any work related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools
Seeks out opportunities for self to be assigned to different projects to demonstrate and develop new and existing skills
Seeks development by reaching to a mentor or colleagues who can provide advice, direction and share insights on various parts of the projects you are assigned
Actively attend team trainings: SD Specific Trainings, Darwin™ related knowledge session, Technology product updates
Prove responsibility for own development: keep objectives tracker updated, ask 360 feedback from colleagues as agreed with line manager, keep Darwin skills tracker updated, identify new areas to develop
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
An eye for detail – good logical and numerical reasoning
Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
Domain
Basic concepts of Health Benefits Administration and starting to understand end-end benefit administration processes
Process/Project Management
Sound knowledge of SDLC/STLC concepts
Knowledge of Workflow tools(preferably Jira)
Added Advantage
Basic HTML skills
Good data manipulation skills in Excel
Education:
Graduate from a reputable institute in any stream
Eligibility:
Minimum 4 years’ experience
Minimum 12 months experience as Lead Implementation Analyst/Sr. Lead Implementation Analyst
Should have at least “Meets Expectations” or equivalent rating in last appraisal
Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 months
